Rollout of the new LAN & WIFI project : Managed the running of the Tender process to pick a new vendor for the LAN & Wifi system for Healthscope over the next 5 years. Deployment of the new equipment with the new partner at vendor at a number of hospitals.Rollout of Zoom application for 600 Corporate staff during the COVID pandemic and the Mental Health Hospitals to enable TeleHealth consultations for patients remotely.ISDN to SIP migration Project - managed the migration of all ISDN services to SIP for the 43 hospitals nationally and completed over 18 months. Managing Telstra, PABX vendors and an internal team of network and voice engineers.Northern Beaches Hospital project - managing the roll out of the telephony system, integration with the Nurse Call, Security and Duress systems. Also managed the roll out of all Theatre systems (Stryker, Phillips, GE, Olympus) and Patient Entertainment system (Hills) for the hospital. Working closely with the various vendors and the Infrastructure team at Healthscope and the Builders (CPB) of the hospital. Managing the business requirements for each component and system.Gold Coast Private Hospital project - managing the rollout of the food management software (Chefmax) and training for the hospital.E-Credentialing Project - managed the rollout of the E-credentialling application and training across the 47 hospitals nationally. Technology Refresh Project - managing the upgrade of technology from Novell to Windows Server environment and then to Windows 7 environment, with a 12 support staff, across the 47 hospitals nationally. This role included the planning, communications to the relevant stakeholders, roll out of new hardware, operating system and applications across the hospitals, including training for the clinical staff on all the new applications.
