I've worked with Poonam over the past year on the business team for Signetic, a pharmacy medical services solution that evolved from an app built to administer and report COVID vaccines. Poonam has been working on our digital transformation project for some time now. She started as a QA engineer, but soon evolved to be more like a Program Manager as she is the one on the off-shore team who really understood Hopelink's (the client) biz requirements.
