Started a journey in ARCO GIFT PRODUCTS on 1st August, 2016 as an OFFICE EXECUTIVE. As a new joinee I was so excited and nervous at same time to face the challenges and upgrade my skills as well. In that place, I have learnt lot of things. As an Office Executive, I learned about the administrative process, B2B procedure, all kind of clerical work, client need and many more and day by day I had enhanced my skills with the help of people which was surrounding me in the organization. At another level, organization gave me an opportunity to look after the office executive. At new level I acquired a knowledge of how Team Leader works, how to handle operation, how to recruit an employee, how to train them, about the finances and many more. Currently taking care of operation over here and looking for modernize my skills through with all ongoing activities and works. Show less
