Pooja delegated tasks to me, providing clear instruction, due dates, and context for the scope of each project. She gave me freedom with my projects and always made time to answer my questions promptly, thoroughly, and concisely. Her organizational skills allow her to give each project the full attention it needs, while executing them in a timely fashion, creating the best product possible. And the best part is that she is a joy to work with. She has a wonderful sense of humor and contributes to a warm, inviting work environment.
