I have known Pooja from the day she joined IRIS after finishing her MBA from SIES. From time to time, she has worked with me and at other times she has worked with others who have worked with me. She has never said no to any assignment given to her, ever. She comes from a finance background but rose to the challenges thrown at her which included development of software products, leading a team of technologists who, before long, were looking up to her. That takes some doing.
