I've worked with Pooja on a Business Intelligence project in the early days of her career. She is a quick learner and it wasn't long before she came on to play in leading role in the team. We could always rely on her for quality ETL deliverables, on time and within estimates. Stakeholders onsite were impressed with her performance, which led to her receiving onsite roles. She has since risen though the ranks across organisations and technologies. Her dedication and hardworking nature ensures she will be an asset to every team.

Dear Pooja, I would like thank you for the co-operation as Scrum Master at Vodafone's, respectively _VOIS' "CableMax" and "BIT" programs. You left back a lot of former colleagues and finally me, sad about the fact, that we lost not only a good developer but foremost a fellow campaigner for the idea of a modern, innovative way of working. I like to remember the time, when we supported the Vodafone's BI transition into an agile working framework: The first steps we did in "CableMax" by implementing and exceeding agile standards in an environment, which was learning what it means to leave the footsteps of silo-thinking and sticking to partially outdated processes. The next progressive step was guiding this program into an even bigger agile environment: into the SAFe-framwork of the "BIT"-program. I was most deeply impressed when some Scrum Masters had the idea to get rid of one very old-fashioned process which was one reason of hindering the development teams to speed up their work. Honestly: I did expect that we will change this progress once, but I was positively surprised when you came back only after a few weeks - months probable - with a final solution. That was a tremendous step forward. Sadly this was not honored by the management as it should had been - as far as I could observe: Therefore the program finally lost one of it's pillars for a progressive way forward. This makes me hoping that can use your knowledge on the Agile framework in general and the SAFe framework in detail in those companies who will have the advantage to get you on board in the role of a Scrum Master. With best regards and some hopes to meet you again somewhere Claus
