Supervise the QC staff carry out their duties correctly and smoothly according to SOP. Audit quality control of raw materials, in process, finished products to ensure compliance with establish specification. Review production batch records and related documents to verify compliance and record keeping for all mandated manufacturing process, quality checks, testing, sampling and cleaning activities. Assist in investigating and correcting quality related issues including customer complaints through collaboration with other departments. Provide training and support to quality assurance/control and Production team on systems, policies, procedure and GMP. Prepare the handmade product samples request by customer and marketing department. Responsible for raw material formula of mosquito coils, mosquito spray aerosol and other chemicals. Monitor, Reduce, Recycle the waste from production process. Ensure all production process goes smoothly, efficiently and deliver high quality products in the most profitable manner. Assist on handling scheduled waste (SW305, SW322, SW409). Responsible for internal and external calibration. Show less
