      As a game developer, I successfully developed and maintained a mobile game using Unity3D and C#, with a strong focus on writing clean code.       One of my major accomplishments as a freelance software developer was designing and developing a prototype for a game playtesting plugin and analytics system using Unity3D. I was responsible for the Unity3D-side plugin code and collaborated closely with a colleague who was responsible for implementing the server-side code to ensure the smooth functioning of the system.The system was designed with ease of use in mind, allowing game developers already familiar with the Unity3D engine to quickly and easily implement it into their workflow.My responsibilities were creating tools for collecting player data from game testing sessions in real-time and send the data to a central server when specific in-game events were triggered. Events such as a timer starting at the beginning of a level, the player character colliding with an invisible trigger object, the player completing tasks in the game, or the player manually choosing to send feedback through a UI panel which appears when the player chooses to click on a button in the GUI or when interacting with in-game objects.       As a freelance software developer, I took on the challenge of designing and developing the Android apps for a Food Ordering application called "Qonsume". My main focus was to create an intuitive and user-friendly experience for customers to browse through different restaurants in the area and place customized food orders. One of the key features of the customer application was the ability to customize orders with different attributes such as size, condiments, and accessories. I also designed and developed a prototype for a proprietary QR code-based payment system, with plans to integrate other payment methods such as credit card, bank transfer, and stripe. The payment system prototype that I developed worked by allowing customers to tilt their phone at any time to display a QR code with the payment information. This code could then be scanned by the merchant using their own POS app, allowing for quick and seamless payments. On the merchant side, I also developed a POS app that handled all orders received from customers, listing them in the app's UI and showing a list of previous transactions, allowing merchants to easily keep track of their sales history. Orders could be fetched from a central server and merchants could easily track and update the status of each order (pending, delivered, paid/unpaid). Although the project ultimately never came to completion, I made significant progress in developing these apps and am proud of the work I accomplished on the payment system prototype. Show less
