  I am Associate Director of a team of specialist consultants in our franchise who release hidden profits from our client's indirect cost base. We implement cost savings and service level improvements across a wide range of areas of indirect expense including, carriage and logistics, packaging, communications, office costs and utilities. Our client base ranges from listed companies to local SME businesses, and much of our work is referred to us from our accountancy and private equity partners. Every project that we work on is bespoke and our fee basis is often results orientated. Typical objectives are to increase our clients' profit margins and efficiencies, and we may achieve this by: - Working to the objective of implementing a target cost saving within the business (for example £50,000 within 12 months); - Reducing costs and improving services in a single target cost area (for example 10% savings on courier costs whilst improving customer service levels); or - Managing common areas of overhead expense on behalf of the business (releasing savings and taking the “headache” away for the client).
