Main role includes the recruitment of 75-80 American coaches, providing them with employment within lacrosse clubs and schools across England and Scotland. Currently expanding this recruitment process to UK Graduates. I also help organise the AASE Programme which sees Elite Lacrosse Athletes complete our advanced apprenticeship. Most recent projects include creating an internship programme involving six different areas of the company which future interns will work within.
