Front of house host for the Chelsea black lounge. I was in charge of reservations and greetings of the guests throughout the evening. Suggesting their menu for the evening and keeping communication between the guests and the bartenders fluid in order to provide allergen safe drinks and the best night possible to each individual. During the pandemic there were obvious challenges that the company faced so I implemented a covid safe movie night, French black and white film nights in the lounge which fit the theme of the bar very well. Guests were able to enjoy a unique experience in a covid safe space. Show less

Wanting to branch out my skills while also indulging in delicious japanese ramen I took up an opportunity with Bone Daddies based in Victoria, London. I have had experience working in high intensity, high cover bars and Bone daddies were no exception, the role very quickly threw me into the water of my skills with my hands. I had to be prepared for anything at all times because cutting corners are never acceptable in the culinary world. Learning with my team who were all very experienced chefs I saw the growth and development can never stop if energy is kept up, a mindset that will stay with me for the rest of days. Show less

Starting work with Camm and Hooper at their Tanner Warehouse based in London bridge I was a front of house host for their multiple events during the end of their busy Christmas season. I quickly progressed to working behind the bar at their Premium cocktail bars such as the Victorian Bathhouse in Liverpool street where I learnt a wide range of skills-based all around multitasking and team management. I have always been a huge fan of working in teams as I believe its the best way to run large scale operations while having a good time with team mates, Camm and Hooper was an amazing job where being a team player helped to shape me into a highly detailed orientated multitasker Show less

Work experience placement during final year of Secondary school. Working as a runner at Lip-sync post I worked on ensuring deliveries arrived quickly and safely to various locations across the heart of London and especially soho. Being it be a work experience placement at considerably young age I was able to sit-in on 3D animators, post production editors asking questions throughout.
