Polina is a wonderful, hard-working individual who strives to ensure that she can get the job completed with a high level of quality, all done with a beaming smile on her face. During her time at GAIN, Polina fully embraced her role as a key coordinator and developer in the project management information system. Under the tutelage of the Senior Manager, our team was able to implement a comprehensive and complex project that adds great value to the organization's knowledge management. Regardless of her junior position, Polina was not shy to voice her insights and provide valuable input regarding the project's design and implementation planning. Aside from her role as IT/IS Junior Associate, Polina got along very well with all her global colleagues, and our team always received very positive feedback about Polina's professionalism and enthusiasm towards the job.
