Bart Krawczyk
Pola was one of the most competent team leader I've had the opportunity to work with. She doesn't tell you what to do or provide excessive feedback; she has a different superpower, asking right questions at the right time. Whenever I was struggling with a problem, she just asked a hypothetical questions and it immediately put me into the right frame of thinking and finding solution on my own. She also cares a lot about the growth of their subordinates. Just tell her what your goals are, and she'll be as energised as you are in helping you achieve them. I had the pleasure of working with Pola Mikołajczak on a NESTA Collective Intelligence experiment regarding the collaboration of humans and artificial intelligence. The goal of the project was to reduce verbal aggression on Reddit. Pola was one of our most engaged volunteers and during the two-month long intervention period, she demonstrated strong commitment, creativity, and a heavy dose of empathy, while writing 10% of all interventions completed during the project. It is with great pleasure that I recommend Pola Mikołajczak, as an open-minded, creative and dedicated person, sensitive to the nowadays crucial matter of civility and respect.
