I am very much involved in the process of making a TV spot, from planning during pre-production with clients, agencies, and directors, conceptualizing and making ideas into styleframes, and also to manage and work along with a team of talented CG artists to execute visually beautiful TV spots. At this establishment, I have successfully built and mold the 3D team from a mere 2 people to a good strong team of 4 and enable us to take on more technical jobs.
