Oct 2008 till Dec 2013 Senior Electrical Engineer at Sony EMCS (M) Sdn Bhd - Design, develop and modified schematic for the respective in charged pwb such as Panel, Power, Main PWB using software tool, CR5000. - With this CR5000 tool, it will also generate BOM list to prevent any issue during upload the BOM list to server. - Always update BOM list from time to time directly from schematic to prevent any unsynchronize matter. . - Corporate with layout designer to prepared a pwb layout with good design layout in order to reduce the chances of interferences, such as crosstalk, DCDC noises, crystal clk noises and etc. - Always need to know the basic of checking method for every checking item in the check list in order to maintain the product performance by referring to the company required specification. Basic equipment for checking such as oscilloscope, multimeter, spectrum analyser and etc need to know how's it works on every respective checking item. - Product need to be verify and check in many testing referring to checking item list from concept till MP event to prevent any issue leak out to market. - Before passing product to QA member for verification, all QA tested need to completed with a good result. - During a new production starts Mp event , need to standby near production line to support any problem occur.
