IT Youth Union is a student-led organization dedicated to supporting students in their academic pursuits and helping them develop essential soft skills. As a member of the IT Youth Union's Planning team, I collaborated with other team members to Initiate ideas and develop event schedules. After planning, planning team members manage the execution teams and ensured that the event was carried out efficiently and according to plan. As a co-lead of the IT Youth Union's planning team, I was responsible for leading the team through the entire event planning and execution process. Additionally, I managed paperwork and acted as the primary liaison between IT Youth Union and the School Youth Union and Board of Deans at the School of Computer Science and Engineering to present and gain approval for our event proposals. This role allowed me to hone my leadership, communication, and project management skills.

This semester, I worked as the teaching assistant of the Data Structure and Algorithm course. I organized office hours and held review sessions to ensure that students are supported throughout the course and provided them the opportunity to ask questions in preparation for their exams. I gained a deeper understanding of DSA concepts as well as practiced my communication skills as I try to explain difficult concepts.
