Paweł was my senior engineer when I started to work for MicroStrategy. In the first difficult months I could always go to him to ask him any questions and there was not an occasion where he said he was too busy to help even if sometimes we where overwhelmed by work. With him I could enjoy real teamwork, learn a lot and was very happy when he got the TS Lead position as I was convinced he deserved it.
