Z Agnieszką pracowałam około roku i dobrze to wspominam. Potrafi łatwo zbudować dobre relacje zarówno z innymi osobami w zespole jak i klientami. Wspiera, wyjaśnia i organizuje, nie boi się żadnych wyzwań. Można na niej polegać i nie martwić się, że coś pójdzie nie tak - jak czegoś nie umie to się dowie, nauczy i należycie wykona każde zadanie. Jest bardzo zorganizowana, ma sporą wiedzę i łeb na karku. Prawdziwy diament w zespole. :)

Agnieszka is a well-organized, conscientious and responsible project manager. She can create good warm relationships, and at the same time, she’s not afraid to challenge the status quo, push for the goals and stand her ground in troubling situations. This makes her a good colleague and effective manager. As a leadership team, we entrusted her with some key clients projects that she managed well, even though these weren’t easy.       CCIG Group is one of the biggest key groups of call centers in Poland. It serves 60 clients across 17 industries . I took part regularly in RFI and RFP business processes to ensure effective and efficient performance in a deadline-driven environment in order to meet client expectations.The position gave me an opportunity to learn how to feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability. It required excellent social, interpersonal, and presentation skills, ability to effectively manage the relationship with stakeholders, especially using remote tools.
