CCIG Group is one of the biggest key groups of call centers in Poland. It serves 60 clients across 17 industries . The company is a market expert in activities related to customer service and sales thanks to flexible processes, modern technologies like a proprietary operating system, BI and BPM class tools, and own applications, and last but not least, creative people that concentrate both on individual and team goals.As a part of the Project Management Department, I was responsible for leading projects in Scrum methodology. Leading and coordinating business and implementation activities within the assigned scope for an assigned project required close cooperation with the IT Development team. Day-to-day duties included identifying and managing project risks, escalating issues where necessary to ensure timely resolution, coordinating engagement with third party solution providers to support customer implementations, managing all communications with internal and external stakeholders. I took part regularly in RFI and RFP business processes to ensure effective and efficient performance in a deadline-driven environment in order to meet client expectations.The position gave me an opportunity to learn how to feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability. It required excellent social, interpersonal, and presentation skills, ability to effectively manage the relationship with stakeholders, especially using remote tools.

The company's services are offered through a diverse portfolio, including conferences, special events, training courses, industry reports, written technical briefings, and consulting assignments on a range of regulatory, legal and operational issues. At S7C I was responsible for planning, monitoring overall progress, and use of resources in multiple projects. Applying a PRINCE2 project management approach to the specific requirements of the projects is crucial for me. The diversity of the projects required me to translate theoretical knowledge into practice. I had a strong focus on training in project management techniques and processes to ensure our clients’ needs are covered with a deep understanding, delivered always on time, with a deep focus on achieving their goals. As far as my personal development is concerned, I have a strong passion for teamwork, taking responsibility for tasks, and last, but not least, building strong relationships with stakeholders. At Monitor ERP System I had a great opportunity to learn a customer-focused way of working. I connected with more than 300 companies, identifying their needs and potential growth. I was responsible for creating databases and monitoring projects conducting to increase sales.

Mok Yok IT is a company that supports seven technology companies (more than 3,500 final users). It is focused on service, development and maintaining LAN/WAN networks, Linux/Windows/MacOS software, and VoIP technology. In addition, the company develops applications and creates data warehouses in Agile and Data Vault methodologies. At Mok Yok IT I conducted research about its existing motivation system. Diving deep into the structure of the company, and approaching employees with a deeper understanding of their needs resulted in creating a new motivation system for the company. Improvements in this crucial area of business became an important part of my thesis.
