I have had the pleasure of working with Pierre and he is a great asset to any company and team. Being a great example of customer service, very knowledgeable and a willing team player. He is extremely helpful, patient and understanding to clients and gives explanations that the clients appreciate and understand. Always sharing knowledge and willing to discuss technical issues that may arise to reach the best solution. Pierre was a joy to work with, a very considerate person with great technical skills that surpass many technicians.

Pierre approaches all responsibilities with high energy and quick thinking. Extremely versatile, he is able to adapt quickly to different situations and picks up on new concepts and technologies at a breakneck pace. An excellent team player, manager and project coordinator, he knows when to take the lead and when to watch and take notes. I would greatly recommend him for any technical or management position and would be honored to work with him again myself.

I worked as part of the service desk team at Thacher, Proffitt and Wood LLP. My responsibilities were to execute workflow items, contribute on projects, and assist with asset management initiatives as well as the procurement of the firms leased intellectual property. I've also had responsibilities such as training staff and maintaining Knowledge Articles as well as being an escalation point for work orders. In addition to providing technical support I was directly involved in the firms expansion initiative. This included desktop rollouts and data migrations at the main office and satellite locations. Originally I was brought on to augment staffing for support center personnel on indefinite leave. When the employee returned CSM kept me on as their call volume demanded the extra analyst. I supported Lotus Notes, Interwoven Imanage, Concordance, Citrix, RSA SecurID authentication among other apps. Most of the support was conducted remotely. This included providing remote technical support for traveling attorneys and for litigation trials and arbitrations. I normally back-filled for employees on other shifts and filled floor support roles when their group fell a man short. I also participated in imaging, off hours desktop rollouts and a partner laptop deployment project. This was my first encounter with the legal climate. In retrospect, I had a great experience at CSM. I provided assistance for AXA's nationwide equipment conversion project. During this time the company was replacing end of lease equipment and in addition swapping out equipment for Mony which it acquired. My role was mixed as a Technical Lead/ Data Migration Specialist. I was the go to guy and/or the sole person responsible for a site. Part of my responsibilities were staging new equipment and tools such as our switches, cabling, & nas. Also I maintained our inventory in sharepoint. I provided assistance for AXA's nationwide equipment conversion project.
