Initially, as a member of the marketing department I was responsible for the marketing and advertising of the farms facilities and services ranging from breeding to racehorse pre-training. I assisted with the creation of the marketing and advertising plan, collaborated with designers and production companies to developed eye catching advertisements for digital, print, and broadcast media as well as liaised with suppliers for scheduling. I was responsible for creating content for the website, social media, email marketing and all other promotional collateral. Midway through my employment with Aquis Farm, I switched to focus on organising and managing the company's calendar of events across the three properties in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. These events included client hospitality marquees at Magic Millions and Inglis Sales, small client dinners, large cocktail parties, Farm Open Day's for over 1200 attendees and the Aquis Champions Tour - the largest event on the Australian show jumping calendar and finalist for 2018 and 2019 Queensland Sport Event of the Year. GOLD COAST AIRPORT MARATHON I was responsible for the design, ordering, receipting and distribution of race numbers, trophies, finisher's medals and finish tapes. I sourced and coordinated all precinct and on-course entertainment. In addition, I was responsible for the scheduling of all stage presentations. Additional responsibilities included liaison with the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Association (ASADA), management of the participant photography service and personal refreshment stations on course of elite, seeded and priority participants. On race weekend I oversaw the management of the finish line, VIP/Officials area, entertainment and stage presentations. Further to my responsibilities I provided assistance and support for other sport services tasks such as elite athletes, seeded & priority start applications, championships and the pace runner program. PAN PACIFIC MASTERS GAMES & GREAT BARRIER REEF MASTERS GAMES I assisted in identifying and appointing all host organisation for each sport participating in the Games. I was the direct liaison with all 40+ sport host organisation and ensure they are aware of, and meet, all games planning timelines and sports agreement obligations.
