      flow-r executive search jsem založil v roce 2008 a mým prvním obsazeným projektem byl výrobní ředitel pro tradiční strojírenskou firmu od Hradce Králové. Od té doby jsme spolu s kolegy v rámci direct search / executive search obsadili stovky skvělých kandidátů pro desítky zajímavých firem od výroby, přes finance, bankovnictví, R&D, stavebnictví či IT především v CEE regionu. Většina mých kandidátů i obchodních partnerů při spolupráci oceňuje nejen mé dovednosti recruitera / headhuntera, ale i široký rozsah zkušeností ovlivněných předchozí obchodní, projektovou i manažerskou kariérou v českých i mezinárodních firmách.
