I appreciate that he looks for creative solutions to problems and finds a way to deliver what I need, in some cases when even I thought it would be impossible to meet the request. He goes above and beyond for his clients and provides great insight and suggestions on how to make a project better, whether it is doing something creative with the printing or just suggestions for saving on postage.
