Piyush started worked for Technip soon after completing his college degree and we put him into the role of Project Engineer. Despite not knowing much about petrochemical design projects, Piyush jumped right in and made himself valuable. Quick to learn and willing to take on challenges, even when he didn't know the technical issues, he was able to help the projects he was assigned to be successful. After working a couple of year, he is now a knowledgeable, experienced leader with a good understanding of how to engineer petrochemical projects. Piyush works well with technical and non-technical resources. He asks questions when needed, but is willing to find out answers on his own. Self-motivated, he is open to direction, but can be given a vague description of what to do and will work out the details to complete the task. Piyush will be an asset to any organization that he joins.
