Design responsibility for the Facelift project, Conduct the Design Review, Validation. Implementation of the necessary design modifications and amendments highlighted Excavation and backfilling, Cast-in-situ concrete different grade of concrete Supply and installation of water proofing membranes works, Protection board, Fillers, Sealants & Thermal Rigid insulation.Repairing, plastering and painting/ clear finishes for the existing Buildings. Supply and installation of Cladding works like Glazing, GRC cladding, External Marble cladding & musharabiya, Supply and installation of Powder coated aluminum canopy including framing and fabrication structural steel & foundation works. Supply and Installation of Balustrades (hot dip galvanized with epoxy paint, stainless steel. Supply and Installation of kerbstone & paving in the hard landscape area within the Plot limit. Soft landscape, parking shade, planting soil, gravel, electrical –power and lighting systems.
