I worked with Sanna when we were both consultants at Remedy. I focused on recruiting, Sanna focused on HR system side and whole bunch of other stuff I don't even know off in Excel. Sanna is intense, hard working, and great at creating her own space which helps her to make excellent results. She is not afraid to be tough when needed or speak her mind. But she also has a great sense of humor and a taste in music (hardstyle all the way). I am not exaggerating the slightest when I say that our recruitment system implementation would not have been possible without Sanna punching through the legal jargon and different aspects of project management that were required to get a new US-based IT-system working in the post-GDPR EU. Sanna is powerful like a rhino, yet sparkly and fun like a unicorn - getting shit done while making life a bit more fun - and any organization would be lucky to have her around.
