  I am a mentor to a young person who I go to see every week. We have an informal discussion about home and school life. I am there to listen to her in order for her to feel supported. In order to support her further I address issues she has in school with behaviour and we think of strategies she can use in class to ensure she works to her best ability. My main role is to be a role model and 'big sister' to help and listen to anything. I am a mentor to a young person who I go to see every week.
