I also chaired or minuted pastoral meetings alongside my fellow Community Coordinator. In this role I wrote various reports and risk assessments as well as maintained and communicated through the Halls social media pages and university email. This role also involved maintaining financial reports and budgeting as I was entrusted to undertake transactions on behalf of the pastoral team. The Community Coordinator role also has an off-hours component where SRs would contact me to ask for advice on how to approach a situation or assist them in person.
