Advising a leading European company developing projects based on renewable energy technologies on complex issues related to the construction of wind farms projects in Poland (representing the client during negotiations with its business partners, advisory relating to delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, adjustments of building permits, grid connection, contractual claims, advice in administrative proceedings aimed at challenging building permits, pre-litigation negotiations with investors and subcontractors, claims management and the taking over procedures) Representing an American helicopter parts producer in court proceedings concerning a helicopter accident. Although the accident occurred outside of Poland, the injured passengers were Polish citizens.
