  With the expansion of our team we had to transform our startup model into a full blown Software Producer. We had to overcome few major obstacles. With almost no experience we had to build corporate structure in few months. I took up the challenge creating the fundamental structures, models of project management while managing projects myself. In first few months we made amazing progress also by making few mistakes. Every mistake is a lesson and we learned that a true organizational culture can be much more efficient and motivating than any workflow process. We also had some problems in regards of HR. As we could not compete with wages we had to put the emphasis on work culture and atmosphere - after 3 years I can say we managed to build a welcoming space that our talented team members filled with an amazing atmosphere.   Capitalizing on my experiences with the development of Footsteps Travel App, which gave me a lot of insight into what towns and cities needs are actually like - I came up with a technology solution.   While taking a short vacation in Budapest with friends we looked for an app that would recommend us some personalized tours. As we couldn’t find one, we asked ourselves a question - How hard would be to build one? As luck has it we all had skills that let us to build the product and launch it with the help of Startup Accelerator. It was a blind shot, as 90% startup companies ultimately failes.
