Piotr is an incredibly gifted writer and intellectual who gives his best everyday. I have known him from our time together at the Pilsudski Institute, where he worked hard to produce outstanding literature in Polish and English, and taught me a considerable amount about Polish and European history and politics. His research work on the colonial pursuits of inter-war Poland is a leader in its field, and above all else, his ability to communicate and teach others on historical subjects is a trait that very few people can match.
