The global village you say? I agree! Let's make you global. Don't have connections? Don't know where to start? Don't know how to prepare for expansion? Not a problem at all. Just call me, or shoot me an e-mail. We will start at a place you're now! I'm helping companies, that want to become global. My main area of expertise in the USA (with a great attention to Nevada and surroundings). But we can also talk about Europe. The global village you say? I agree! Let's make you global. Having great fun with building a company from scratch!Starting operations was a great challenge. I've started with building a network of companies, institutions that were vital for establishing a business, among many of them was Nevada Governor's Office of Economic Development. I was responsible for marketing - especially choosing the proper channels, and creations and sales. In a word: I was doing everything, what a new company on foreign soil should/could/would/ do to successfully start operations.

My second stint in Netins Software is, as the previous one, closely related to the product. But, this time, the product is the company itself. With the greatest pleasure, I help every employee to work and live in Netins' environment. That is not everything. I'm much closer to Netins' vault nowadays. Budgeting, controlling it and forecasting the future based on the data I have.I helped expand Netins eastwards - Lublin branch office. And had the greatest joy on earth helping game dev team to breed there. My entrepreneurial spirit is pushing me to look forward to other destinations, this time westwards. I was also one of the inventors of Netins.Academy, the project that literally changes peoples lives. One could say these are the jobs of COO, other CFO or business manager...But I prefer to call myself a helper.

From the day one of my carrier I felt that there is an entrepreneurial blood in my veins. When I had a chance to be a part of a newly-established software house, I couldn't resist myself. Working with products for startups. Designing them, helping a team of developers implementing them, executing dev teams was like a dream. During that day's many great products were created. It is needless to say, that I have also become a different person - more business mature.

I've never gone far from the everyday life of centersport, but I had to focus more on scaling this business. I established a lot of o connections that helped it grow. There were successes, such a listing it on best online stores in Poland ("Wprost and Rzeczpospolita ranking) or being one of the best stores in a country when it comes to costumers reviews. I also had a few opportunities from VCs

I've started my career in a family business. It was a brick and mortar store. I've tried to increase sales in it. During that days, The Internet was becoming a big thing. I've seen a potential in it. I've started selling products on online auctions, then founded my own online store. It was one man show - I was responsible for everything: starting from collecting orders, shipping them, contacts with clients, to more advanced issues, including designing web shop.

It was a one-semester course, so it was much more concentrated. This time I considered more on entrepreneurial skills so that every student could create a startup himself. We were touching issues like business models, monetization, financing on examples known from the market. We've also stepped a little further when we've had to answer ourselves: I've got financing, I have an idea, I have a development team, what to do know? Scrum, Kanban and especially lean method were described during that courses. I've paid the biggest attention to The Lean Startup framework so that those young people would know how to deal with the struggles of an everydeay life of a startup.

I had an opportunity to spread the knowledge of an e-commerce practitioner and, hopefully, I grow an entrepreneurial spirit in my students. During our classes, we were discussing issues both on a theoretical and practical level of online marketing, building businesses from scratch, considering financing possibilities and social media applications in online selling. This course ended with student paper works. I had a very practical approach to those papers, students enjoyed that a lot, and of course each of them passed the course.

My Alma Mater - University fo Lover Silesia asked me to run an e-commerce class regarding my graduation work described that days e-commerce in details. It was my first contact with the University "from the kitchen". While I was running classes, I also learned a lot myself, especially when it comes to presentation skills. I think during the courses that I ran, I had a first important pitch - it was a big thing to keep 20 students be focused all the time.
