  At Polish Development Fund I have been involved in innovation development and energy-related consultancy projects for medium-size municipalities and big companies (>250 employees). -> In a team of four we developed a tool for evaluating Innovation Maturity Level of big companies in Poland. The tool allows to generate reports with recommendations based on survey answers. The customers can benchmark their company to others in the sector and learn which areas (innovation, digitalisation, energy transformation) need improvement. I was responsible for designing evaluation criteria, data analysis and integration in Excel and visualisations in Power BI. -> In a team of three we organised a nationwide Hackathon for Cities, in which 200 software developers were working on solutions to 4 challenges of mid-size Polish cities during 48 hours coding event. The best solution in each category was awarded with a cash prize and offered a bonus prize upon implementation in the city. The first solution was implemented 2 months after the event and helps citizens to replace old heating sources in households. I was the project manager of the hackathon. -> I have consulted 12 mid-size cities in their energy and climate change adaptation projects as a part of Future Cities Academy - one of the projects I helped organise.
