Piotr volunteered to be part of the 4 days French Bastille Festival in Sydney in July 2018 (biggest celebration of French culture outside of France). As part of the festival, Piotr reported to myself as site manager. During this festival, Piotr has been an immense help not only for myself but also for the team. Piotr demonstrated he is reliable, responsible, committed and collaborative throughout long and stressed periods. He kindly accepted, followed and performed any assigned and urgent tasks. Piotr was originally assigned to the Customer information activities however due to the changes from the organisation he has been assigned to the runner mission of the festival (Runner task is the hardest position of the event as it does required to frequently move from a location to another at any time due to emergencies). Piotr happily accepted the challenge and excessively perform the missions given. His enthusiasm, engagement, interest to get things done and positivity makes Piotr an excellent contributor to the event and to work with.
