I believe I am a strong and successful leader of Bridgeway Consulting - a company which has a diverse portfolio of services that specialises in Civil Engineering, Asset Management nationally on key projects such as Crossrail, Thameslink, Midland Mainline Linespeed Upgrade and HS2 Enabling Works at Euston. In addition to this I am heavily involved in the shaping of the Rail industry, serving key industry groups, such as RICA, PSLG, ISLG, Thameslink Directors Safety Leadership Forum, Rail Electrification Delivery Group Member. Bridgeway were recently rated by the Confederation of British Industry as one of the fastest growing companies in the East Midlands. I have dedicated over 30 years of my life to the rail industry and as Managing Director I have succeeded in creating one of the industry’s most respected organisations. My leadership, drive and commitment have been instrumental in developing a safety conscious business with a can-do/will do philosophy. I remain operationally involved as possible with my teams and I have a style which promotes an open door culture, transparency and trust. I like to think that I am not only able to inspire the very best from my teams, but my experience and advice is also highly sought, valued and respected by my peers within the industry. I have a unique talent to spot opportunity, think several steps ahead, have the vision to lead and motivate at all levels and the tenacity to succeed. Specialising in on-track solutions, Bridgeway Railcare LLP offers the Rail industry the “Railvac”. The Railvac machine is a high powered air and vacuum, which can be utilised for the purpose of S&T troughing, UTX works and drainage.
