Preparing all frequency tests & reports, gradation test as per IS/IRC/MORTH, keeping proper documentation, conducting tests for mix design of concrete, GSB, WMM, BC, DBM, BM, SDBC etc. Conducting all Field tests i.e. Soil Testing:Monitoring to conduct suitability test for soil such as Grain Size analysis, free swelling index, LL & PI, MDD & OMC, CBR value & Classification of soil as per Indian standards. Testing of Aggregates: All size of Coarse & Fine aggregate Gradation, Flakiness & Elongation, AIV, Specific Gravity & Water absorption test, los-Angeles abrasion test, soundness tests, Ten percent fines value test. Cement Tests: fineness, consistency, initial & final setting time tests, cement mortar cube tests, soundness test. Sub-Bases: Monitoring to Preparing mix design for Granular Subbase, Wet Mix Macadam. Bitumen Test:Conducting Penetration test, Softening point test, Separation test, Ductility test, flash & fire point test, viscosity test. Concrete Mix Designs: Monitoring to Preparing Concrete mix design (Grades M15 to M50) Girder, Retaining wall, Deck slab, piers, Flyover, Bridges and culverts. Mix Design for Rigid Pavement:Preparing Mix Design for Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) & Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) for Pavement work.
