  I am currently the manager of The Watershed Project's youth development program, the Green Collar Corps (GCC). GCC serves 5-9 young adults from the East Bay, aiming to support their personal and professional growth in the environmental sector. As the first "official" Field Crew Manager for the GCC program, I have been tasked with developing processes for: recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, timecards, and monthly training sessions for incoming interns. In order to match interns with projects that align with their goals and interests, I consistently communicate with staff across the organization to better understand their projects' needs. In addition to my supervisory role, I also maintain grant records for the internship program in accordance with established guidelines and submittal schedules. Show less

The Lawrence’s STEM programming heavily focuses on hands-on exploration and scaffolding scientific inquiry into learning.

  As the company’s primary contact in the field, I coordinated with field technicians, subcontractors, and regulators to perform groundwater, dust, and soil sampling, monitoring well installation, and oversight of activities while on site. I also assisted our Senior Geologist with site investigations and remediation efforts. Post-field work, I analyzed field data and prepared sampling reports for clients and regulators.
