ALSA Bonding 2023 is one of the work programs under the Organization and People Development division which aims to provide opportunities for members of the ALSA LC UI Board of 2023 to get to know each other, build familiarity and establish family ties between staff, the Daily Management Board ("BPH" ), and the Board of Directors (“BoD”) ALSA LC UI Board of 2023. ALSA Bonding 2023 takes the theme "Arabian Night" as a form of symbolizing a month full of blessings, namely the month of Ramadan which depicts togetherness, joy, and enjoyment.During the 18 days, I learned a lot about implementing the 4 pillars of ALSA and the 5 ALSA values. I learned a lot from my seniors by handling more than 100 participants, succeeded in making a sales concept and its realization with very satisfying profits, and completed 23 files leading to the day of implementation. In this Inbound Progam, Street Law FH UI collaborated with University of Malaya. As the one and only Freshman student, I experienced a lot of things, such as : - Able to be a language intermediary translator between Indonesian and Malay. - Became a moderator in the opening workshop of the Inbound program that presents Prof. Dr. Topo Santoso, S.H, M.H as a guest speaker. - Carried out several activities such as being a Learning Session Team to taught children in Rumah Belajar Matalangi at Ciracas and being an Ice Breaking Team to taught Rohingya children.
