Pim is extremely detail-oriented and a great communicator. During his tenure at Allegiant Global Services he was dedicated to quality customer service, his colleagues, and improving the operations. He is very eager to continue to improve his skills for his benefit, as well as the team's. He has developed superior skills in excel and pivot charts. Pim is extremely passionate about the quality of his work. Pim no doubt, was a great addition to the team at Allegiant Global Services and would be a great addition to any team.

During our time working at Allegiant Global, I got to know Pim as a great colleague. Pim has an inspiring style of open communication and his constructive criticism helps the team advance. Pim is eager to employ new technologies. A good example of that is how Pim was completely on board with the geographic information system (GIS) that I developed to disseminate operations-critical information. Directly, Pim started to experiment to get the most out of the software. I would recommend Pim as a Program Manager or Consultant to any organization.
