Nonostante non provenisse dal mondo della bicicletta in pochi mesi è riuscito a far sue molte nozioni tecniche, grazie alla sua dedizione al lavoro e alla grande ricettività nei consigli e supporto datogli. Questo, oggi, gli permette di gestire in completa autonomia la risoluzione delle problematiche, anche le più complesse. Lo caratterizza e contraddistingue una forte propensione al problem solving e al customer care, calma, disponibilità e voglia di imparare. La dimestichezza con il computer e plurilinguismo lo rendono un all-rounder ed incredibile risorsa come specialista aftersales.       When I started working for “Effegibi” in the company I was just a laborer, I produced sauna walls. After 6 months I started working in the After Sales Service department and 3 years later I became the After Sales Service Department Manager, if a costumer/retailer/agent was experiencing a problem with Effegibi products they referred to me. I am used to teach technical courses in english and french to foreign technicians so that they could service and maintenance our products as our authorized service centers. I developed an IOS and ANDROID app that allows costumers to use sauna and hammam through their phones. I developed the Effegibi Zendesk network working along an external advisor and, as Zendesk allows the costumers to rate the assistance they received, eighty-seven percent of the customers who left a rating for the assistance they received, while I was the Head of Effegibi After Sales Service Department, gave a positive assessment.
