  Since 2018 I have been encharged of the the general running of the University restaurants in Sassari, Alghero, Olbia, Oristano and Nuoro in the northern part of the island of Sardinia, Italy.I manage a working team of over 50 people including chefs, cleaning staff, accountants, administratives, mainteiners.I am also responsible for food quality, retailing, security procedures, cost budgenting.
