Paolo is one of the most conscientious, dedicated people I have worked with. He is hard working, detail-oriented, incredibly reliable and very flexible. He has strong communication skills and is fluent in English. Paolo was extremely helpful in explaining local rules and regulations (particularly in the employee compensation area) to our US headquarters. He had a great attitude; was responsive; and was a great liaison between local project managers, our local accountant and the corporate US office. He is also a genuinely nice person and a real pleasure to work with. He would be an asset to any company.
