The deployment of the CROWS on the Gorgon Project resulted in over 90% improvement in related logistics costs • Successfully tendered for EPC contract for major mine site camp facilities expansion including the construction of a commercial kitchen and refurbishment of existing facilities on a remote mine site located in WA’s Pilbara region. The project was successfully managed from tender to completion including contract negotiations, detailed design, stakeholder management, Chinese container fabrication, logistics, installation, commissioning and handover.
