      Initially started as Account Manager for one large on-site account in the Thurrock area. After being selected as one of only six within the Managed Services part of the company, I took part in the year long “School of Excellence” programme. After completing this I was given the responsibility of two further on-site accounts based in the Bristol and Andover areas. Travelling between the three sites, I am responsible for three on-site consultants and three on site co-ordinators, Client relationships and development of further opportunities on site . After initially having only the warehouse business, I have now secured the clerical and office based roles with the transport departments across the three sites. I am also responsible for the P&L’s across the three sites, and looking after around 600 workers a day over three shifts. I continue to develop internal relationships with key contacts such as Operations Managers and Shift Managers, and ran the pilot scheme for developing an external partnership with a National Training Provider, presenting to their candidates about Blue Arrow and our Partnership with the client and their potential future working for Blue Arrow.
