I would like to recommend Pierre Echard for his excellent job as Life Cycle in Practice (LCiP) project manager on behalf of Greenwin in Belgium. We worked in the same consortium for over 3 years and Pierre demonstrated high professionalism, excellent management capabilities and great communication skills. His dedication, maturity and sense of responsibility are, to my view, one of the main success factors of the project in Belgium. I hope to be able to work with Pierre in another project in the near future for he is such a skilled project manager.
