  Activity Lab is a Healthcare startup.I took the lead on the fundraising and the legal work during its creation, then manage the product development and commercial launch. • Raise funds from government, equity, and dept.• Build a holding in France and M&A with a subsidiary company in Canada.• Manage a team of 4 software developers in the Philippines to build a complex digital solution for health care: a cloud, REST APIs, async JS front web, iOS and Android native applications, multi-currency payment system.• Design the UI/UX, the cloud system, data model and APIs architectures.• In 2 weeks we delivered the first mobile Proof of Concept. 3 months later we delivered a complete MVP.• Lead a team of 3 people to commercialize a SaaS product in B2B and B2C. In 3 years we reached 1700 professional users and 11 000 end-users. We closed deals with major companies (Enedis, Schneider-Electric, Rhenus Logistic).• Build a communication strategy and exploit social networks. With growth- hacking technics I reached more than 8 000 people from a page having only 80 followers.• 1st place in Enedis startup's pitch regional competition. Show less
