  As an Area Projects Manager, I am responsible for overseeing and directing all phases of project development within the assigned company projects. My main objective is to ensure the timely completion of contracts within the agreed budget while delivering a high-quality end product that meets clients' requirements. I handle strategic, operational, people management, and general responsibilities to achieve these goals. In terms of strategic responsibilities, I support and promote strategic decisions made by the management team. I lead the completion of company projects by monitoring work progress, ensuring control, quality, adherence to timelines, and customer satisfaction. For operational responsibilities, I review and implement the Construction Program for each project in collaboration with Planning Engineers. I also initiate site incentive schemes, create resource schedules, implement costing systems, coordinate procurement plans, and handle various other tasks related to project management. In terms of people management, I ensure clear understanding of roles and expectations for all members of the Project Team. I conduct regular meetings to promote leadership, team spirit, and program objectives among subordinate staff. I also assist in recruitment, training, and development of personnel in the department. Additionally, I have general responsibilities such as adhering to the Integrated Management System (IMS) policies and procedures, considering customer requirements, identifying environmental aspects and occupational hazards/risk, and being prepared for emergency response. By effectively fulfilling these responsibilities, I contribute to the successful execution of projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
