      I Manage the Better Business Bureau Digital Advertising Program helping Accredited Businesses increase their exposure to the millions of Chicago and Northern IL consumers who come to the BBB annually looking to work with a trusted company. Programs include sponsoring in the Accredited Business Directory with Top Banner ads, Right Rail display ads and Carousel Display Ads, in addition to managing BBB Branded Google Pay Per Click campaigns advertising BBB Trusted companies to work with in the respective industries and direct the traffic to landing pages with local advertisers. Additional sponsorship programs include Co-Branded Billboard advertising in high visibility areas throughout Chicagoland, display advertising on our bi-annual print publication reaching over 290,000 Chicagoland households, and advertising on our online newsletter with over 11,000+ subscribers. Over 300+ customers throughout Chicagoland currently participate in our digital and offline advertising program to reach new customers and generate leads. I help bring awareness to our advertising programs by calling on and emailing new and existing Accredited Businesses who maintain a positive reputation on the BBB and educate them on the benefits of advertising with the Better Business Bureau to determine if there is a fit, and I present a solution that meets their budget. I present all new and existing advertisers a strategy for success by providing insight as well as educate businesses on how to establish a positive reputation in our online directory by pro-actively ask their customers to review their company using our customer review app. I also request advertisers provide photos, a thorough description of services, coupon, etc.... to strengthen how they are represented in our online directory so a wealth of customer information is available on their BBB company Business Profile to create a positive consumer experience in our digital directory platform.
