Pierre made a significant change from the QSR industry to managing one of the busiest truck stops in the country for Petro Stopping Centers in Atlanta. Pierre brought his experience based on customer service, training, coaching, and accountability to deliver world class results. Many of the elements that Pierre added to the operations of that specific unit were recognized and duplicated at other stores across the country. If Pierre were open to unlimited relocatability, I would have brought him along with me to each of my career stops. Pierre is a unique leader with tremendous coaching, teaching, and service skills.

Pierre helped to 'drive' the business of his store location. While managing multiple aspects of the business he consistently sought ways to inform his staff and customers of the products and options available to them. Pierre was consistent in his ability to motivate his staff as well as hold them accountable for their goals/standards. I highly recommend Pierre to anyone who desires their business to grow.
