      Within the role as administrative engineer I have learned to act as manager of the inputs within the project. Maintaining a scheme of orders, management of materials, equipment, controls, payroll, recruitment of personnel, among others... What has most marked my work in this position, is the versatility and synergy that engineers must have when preparing requisitions. Being the management of supplies and materials, the main part which we must always be aware of. It is worth mentioning that the human part plays a main and primordial role to carry out this work, becoming not only the recruitment as an input, but an essential part of the scheme of the whole process in general.       Within this stage as Assistant in Construction Solutions I was able to refine the concepts acquired during the internship on asset management and budgets for buildings and infrastructure works.
