Reporting directly to the Project Manager and client, Hirsh Development Group, I was responsible for administering the construction management contract for a 20 unit ultra-luxury condo in Toronto.My success in this position hinged on my ability to effectively communicate at a high level with all engineering and architecture consultants and construction trades. I also leveraged my previous work experience to seek proposals for suite sub-metering and electric vehicle charging in a building with reduced electrical capacity. Additionally, I managed a transition in project management software to Pro-Core, a modern cloud-based solution. This transition resulted in increased project organization and productivity by centralizing where contract documents such as change orders, site instructions, inspection reports and updated drawings were located. Working on this project allowed me to further develop my understanding of cast in place structural concrete and the particulars of luxury residential developments.
